Welcome to AirFryer Master! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AirFryer Master mobile application ("App", "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AirFryer Master, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

AirFryer Master is a recipe and cooking assistant application that provides:

Air fryer recipes and cooking instructions
Cooking timers with notifications
Recipe customization and favorites
Meal planning (Premium)
Voice recipe reading (Premium)

3. User Accounts and Purchases

3.1 Free Features

The App provides free access to recipes, timers, and basic functionality with advertisements.

3.2 Premium Features

Premium features are available through one-time in-app purchases:

Supporter: Removes advertisements
Premium: Removes advertisements plus unlocks meal planning, voice assistant, and unlimited favorites/custom recipes

3.3 Payment and Refunds

All purchases are processed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store
Purchases are one-time and non-recurring
Refund requests must be made through the respective app store according to their policies
We cannot directly process refunds

            Restore Purchases: If you reinstall the App or switch devices, you can restore your purchases through the Settings menu at no additional cost.
        

4. User Content

You may create custom recipes and modifications within the App. You retain ownership of content you create. By using the App, you agree not to create content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on others' rights.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
Use the App for any illegal purpose
Attempt to bypass premium features without purchase
Redistribute or resell the App or its content

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, recipes, graphics, and content, is owned by AirFryer Master and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute App content without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
Recipe results will meet your expectations
Cooking times and temperatures are suitable for all air fryer models

8. Cooking Safety Disclaimer

Important: Cooking times and temperatures in the App are guidelines only. Actual results may vary depending on:

Your air fryer model and wattage
Food size and thickness
Starting temperature of ingredients

Always ensure food is cooked to safe internal temperatures. Use a food thermometer when cooking meat. We are not responsible for undercooked food or foodborne illness.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AirFryer Master shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:

Food preparation results
Device damage
Data loss
Loss of profits

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review the Terms periodically.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
