AnyPainter — Privacy Policy

        AnyPainter is designed for children ages 2–12. We are committed to protecting children's privacy and comply with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and the Google Play Families Policy.
    

1. Information We Do NOT Collect

AnyPainter does not collect, store, or share any personal information from children or any other users. Specifically:

No names, email addresses, or contact information
No photos or images are ever uploaded to any server
No location data
No advertising identifiers
No behavioral tracking or user profiling

2. Local Data Storage

All drawings, images, settings, and game progress are stored locally on the device only. This data never leaves the device and is not accessible to us or any third party.

3. Third-Party Services

AnyPainter uses the following third-party services in a privacy-safe manner:

Pixabay (Image Search)

When a user searches for images, anonymous search queries are sent to Pixabay.com. No user account or personal information is required or transmitted. Pixabay's privacy policy: pixabay.com/service/privacy

RevenueCat (In-App Purchases)

An anonymous device identifier is used solely for purchase verification. No personal information is collected. RevenueCat's privacy policy: revenuecat.com/privacy

Google AdMob (Advertising)

AnyPainter displays child-safe advertisements via Google AdMob. The app is tagged for child-directed treatment under COPPA, which means:

No personalized or behaviorally targeted ads are served
No advertising ID is collected
Only age-appropriate ad content is displayed
Ad content rating is set to G (General audiences)

Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics

We use Firebase for anonymous, aggregate crash reports and usage analytics. No personally identifiable information (PII) is collected. Ad storage and ad user data consent are explicitly disabled. Firebase's privacy policy: firebase.google.com/support/privacy

4. Camera & Photo Gallery

When a user takes a photo or selects an image from the gallery, the image is processed entirely on the device to generate a coloring outline. Images are never uploaded to any server.

5. Parental Controls

AnyPainter includes a math-based parental gate that requires solving a simple arithmetic problem before accessing settings, the paywall, or other parent-only areas. This helps ensure that only parents or guardians make purchasing decisions.

6. In-App Purchases

The app offers optional subscription purchases (Premium and Supporter) that are managed through the device's app store. All purchase transactions are handled by Google Play and are subject to the store's privacy policy. No payment information is collected or stored by AnyPainter.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on the device, users can delete all app data at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing app data through device settings.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
