Bibchik's Eleven HUD ("the App") is developed by Champadev. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
- Player ID: Your Eleven Table Tennis player ID, which you manually enter to configure the HUD.
- Settings: Your HUD appearance preferences (size, position, colors) stored locally on your device.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Analytics Data: We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics including screens visited, features used, and session duration. This data is not personally identifiable.
- Crash Reports: Firebase Crashlytics collects crash logs and device information (OS version, device model) to help us fix bugs. No personal data is included in crash reports.
- Game Log Data: The App reads the local Eleven Table Tennis log file to detect opponent IDs. This data is processed locally and only opponent IDs are sent to our API.
1.3 Third-Party Game Data
- Eleven Table Tennis Data: Player statistics, ELO ratings, match history, friendly ratings, and paddle settings are retrieved from the publicly available Eleven Table Tennis API. This data is publicly accessible and not private information.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To display opponent statistics and paddle information in the HUD overlay.
- To track head-to-head records between you and your opponents.
- To manage your subscription status.
- To improve the App through anonymous analytics and crash reporting.
3. Data Storage
- Local Storage: Player ID, HUD settings, and cached API data are stored locally on your device using SharedPreferences.
- No Cloud Storage: The App does not store your data on any server. All settings remain on your device.
- No Log Data Stored: Game log data is processed in real-time and not stored or transmitted beyond opponent ID extraction.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Firebase (Google): For anonymous analytics and crash reporting.
- 11tt.top API: Player IDs are sent to retrieve public game statistics. No personal data beyond game IDs is transmitted.
- Meta Horizon Store: For subscription management and purchase validation. Meta processes payment information — we do not have access to your payment details.
5. Subscription
Premium subscriptions are processed through the Meta Horizon Store. We receive confirmation of your subscription status but do not have access to your payment details. Subscription management (cancellation, renewal) is handled through the Meta Horizon Store.
6. Permissions
The App requires the following permissions:
- Overlay (SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW): Required to display the HUD as a floating window in VR.
- Storage (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): Required to read the Eleven Table Tennis log file for opponent detection.
- Internet: Required to fetch opponent statistics from the API.
- Foreground Service: Required to keep the HUD monitoring active in the background.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
8. Your Rights
- Data Deletion: You can delete all local data by clearing the app's storage via Quest Settings → Apps → Eleven HUD → Clear Data.
- Opt Out of Analytics: Uninstalling the app stops all analytics collection.
- Subscription Cancellation: Cancel your subscription through the Meta Horizon Store at any time.
9. Security
We implement appropriate security measures including HTTPS for all API communications, local-only data storage, and minimal data collection.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through app updates.
