By accessing or using the Split Decision mobile application ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
The app generates personality results and choice histories based on your in-app activity. You retain ownership of any content you create within the app. You are solely responsible for any content you choose to share with third parties (e.g., screenshots).
The app may offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions for premium content. All purchases are processed by the platform store (Google Play, Apple App Store) under that store's terms. Refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are handled by the relevant platform.
Free tiers of the app may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. Ads are subject to those networks' own policies and may be personalized based on settings on your device.
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it.
The app is provided strictly for entertainment. Personality profiles and dilemma outcomes do not constitute psychological, medical, legal, or financial advice. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of the app for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these terms.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or this page. Continued use of the app after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
