Table Tennis VR - Road to Glory (also referred to as Table Tennis — Road to Glory; package com.champadev.tabletennisvr) (the "App") is developed by Champadev for Meta Quest / Meta Horizon Store. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the App.

Summary: The App stores gameplay progress and settings on your headset only. We do not require an account, do not show ads, and do not run subscriptions. The App is sold as a one-time purchase through the Meta Horizon Store. Purchase and licensing checks are handled by Meta; we do not receive your payment details.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information Stored on Your Device

Gameplay progress: Career progress, match history, training results, achievements, equipment choices, and related in-game statistics.
Settings & preferences: Audio, comfort, graphics, language, UI panel positions, physics/lab preferences, and similar options you configure in the App.
Optional local exports: Files you explicitly export on-device (for example Ball Machine presets or Hits Reports) stay under the App's local storage on your device unless you choose to copy them elsewhere yourself.

This information is written to local storage on your Quest headset. It is not uploaded to Champadev servers.

1.2 Information We Do Not Collect

We do not require you to create an account or provide a name, email, or phone number to play.
We do not sell or show third-party advertising in the App.
We do not transmit personal gameplay telemetry to Champadev as of this version.
Diagnostic logging that may appear in development builds stays on-device / in developer tools and is not a cloud analytics product in the shipping App described by this policy.

1.3 Information Processed by Meta (Not by Champadev)

Store purchase & entitlement: When you buy the App (one-time purchase) or launch it, Meta verifies that your Meta account is entitled to run the App. Payment card data and checkout details are processed by Meta under Meta's own policies. Champadev does not receive your payment information.
Platform features: Standard Meta Quest / OpenXR services (for example head and controller tracking needed for VR play) operate on-device as part of the headset platform. We do not receive a copy of your raw tracking stream for marketing or profiling.

2. How We Use Information

To run single-player and practice modes (matches, career, training, Ball Machine, and related features).
To remember your settings and progress between sessions on the same device.
To unlock the App according to your Meta Horizon Store entitlement (one-time purchase).
To improve the App through updates we publish on the store — not by uploading your personal save data to our servers.

3. Data Storage

Local storage only: Progress and settings are stored on your headset using the App's local persistence (on-device files / key-value storage).
No Champadev cloud account: The App does not sync your save data to a Champadev cloud profile.
Uninstall / clear data: Removing the App or clearing its storage on the device deletes local App data (subject to how Meta Quest / Android clear-data works on your headset).

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. As of this version:

Champadev: We do not operate a backend that receives your gameplay saves or personal identifiers from the App.
Meta Horizon Store / Meta Platform: Meta processes purchase, entitlement, and platform services required to distribute and run the App. We may receive only what Meta exposes for licensing (for example, whether the App is entitled to run) — not your payment card details.

If we later add online multiplayer, cloud saves, leaderboards, or cloud analytics/crash reporting, we will update this policy before those features collect or transmit personal data, and we will reflect the change in the Meta Data Use Checkup / store listing as required.

5. Purchases (One-Time; No Subscriptions)

The App is offered as a one-time purchase on the Meta Horizon Store. There are no subscriptions, recurring memberships, or auto-renewing in-app subscription products for this App under this policy.

Checkout and payment are handled entirely by Meta.
Champadev does not receive or store your payment card, billing address, or Meta password.
Refunds, purchase history, and store account issues are managed through Meta / the Horizon Store according to Meta's terms.
After purchase, Meta's entitlement check is used so the App can confirm you are licensed to play.

6. Permissions & Device Capabilities

The App uses capabilities typical of a Meta Quest VR title, which may include:

VR tracking: Head and hand/controller tracking to play table tennis in VR.
Microphone (if enabled by the platform / user): Only if a future or optional feature requires it; core offline play does not depend on uploading voice to Champadev.
Network access: Used for Meta Platform / store entitlement and related platform services. The shipping App described here does not upload your career saves to Champadev over the network.
Local storage: To keep settings, progress, and optional exports on device.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because the App does not collect personal data to Champadev servers, parental controls and Meta account age settings remain the primary safeguards on the platform.

8. Your Rights

Local data deletion: Clear the App's storage or uninstall the App via Quest / Meta headset settings to remove local App data.
Purchase / account: Manage your Meta account, purchases, and device permissions through Meta's settings and the Horizon Store.

9. Security

We design the App to minimize data collection. Local progress stays on your device. Platform purchase and entitlement security are provided by Meta's store and Platform SDK. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure; use your Meta account protections (password, device lock) as you would for any store purchase.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy if our practices change (for example, if we add online features or cloud diagnostics). The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Significant changes will also be reflected in store / Data Use Checkup materials as required by Meta.
